ACCOUNTING MANAGER

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger.

Review entries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.

Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.

Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.

Provide monthly reporting to the CEOQualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Proficient in accounting software, Acumatica, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Attributes
