We are looking for a Technical Operations Innovator to ensure our high-speed production equipment runs seamlessly. You'll collaborate closely with peers to enhance operational efficiency and deliver top-quality products while supporting maintenance processes.What You Will Do

Operate and Supervise: Master equipment operation, ensuring successful production runs.

Troubleshoot and Fix: Rapidly address and rectify minor mechanical issues, and raise the critical ones to the team.

Maintain and Support: Undertake basic maintenance tasks, aiding long-term equipment life.

Safety and Compliance: Follow industry regulations to keep our work environment secure and compliant.

Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, sharing ideas to improve efficiencies and workflow.What We Are Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing role, particularly in quick-paced packaging lines.

Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
