Title: Recruiter - Direct Hire
Location: Jacksonville, FL
This Recruiter will work across Direct Hire clients and their respective job openings. This Recruiter will recruit for different types and levels of roles across a variety of companies in various verticals. This Recruiter will recruit as Hueman on behalf of the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with clients as well as candidates at various levels of experience and responsibility. This position will operate autonomously and develop and maintain great relationships with companies and respective leadership. This is a fast paced role that requires someone who is highly organized, able to quickly understand new roles and industries, effectively communicate with clients, and provide excellent service. This role offers the ability to earn commissions.
During a typical week, the Direct Hire Recruiter can expect: 70% recruitment, 20% client interactions, 10% reporting & admin
Please note this is a hybrid on-site position. We are looking for candidates who are able to work in our Jacksonville, FL office location on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Portfolio Company leadership
Provide clients with relevant market analytics as needed
Recruit for various level positions across a variety of industries and job functions
Source passive candidates (this includes significant phone time)
Conduct self-guided research on new roles and industries
Manage expectations and proactively communicate
Navigate through undefined and inconsistent processes
Educate hiring managers on best TA practices and related information (interview process, offer process etc.)
Lead intake calls with clients
Identify opportunities for growth (including consulting, RMO, RPO etc.) and escalate to Division President
Participate in internal team meetings
Participate in a weekly one-on-one meeting
May require occasional travel to client sites, conferences, and other events
Skills & Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience required
At least 1 year of recruitment experience required
Experience working directly with hiring managers preferred
Must have experience recruiting for a variety of job types and job levels within different industries.
Must be an expert sourcer using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and at developing recruitment plans
Agency experience is a plus
Must have experience leading intake calls
Must have experience researching new roles and understanding how to recruit for them
Must have experience working with all levels of clients
Excellent at developing relationships and garnering trust
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
