Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour, dependent on experience

This role requires candidates to be on-site this is not hybrid or remotePosition Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Estimator Assistant to support our estimating team. This role is critical for ensuring the timely preparation and accuracy of estimate packages and project information in our estimation software. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in a construction environment.

Important: Candidates with previous construction experience are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:

Print, compile, and organize estimate packages for internal and external distribution promptly.

Enter project and estimate details into the company’s estimation software with precision.

Provide administrative support to estimators, including documentation, revisions, and status tracking.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates and related files, both digital and physical.

Assist in coordinating updates to estimates as directed by the estimating team.

Ensure all data is entered accurately and consistently across systems.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.

1–2 years of administrative experience specifically in a construction or relevant role.

Familiarity with estimation software such as STACK.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Work Environment:

Office-based role located in Goodlettsville, TN.

Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Occasional light lifting (documents, files, office supplies).
