Location: On-Site (Hastings, MI.) Full-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail and customer service? Were looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience.

What Youll Do:

Lead, coach, and inspire a team to meet sales goals and deliver top-tier service

Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation

Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with installers

Analyze sales data and KPIs to improve store performance

Manage vendor and subcontract installer relations, product inventory, and store appearance

Recruit, train, and develop top talent

Who You Are:

3+ years in retail with leadership experience

Knowledgeable in sales, operations, inventory, and customer service

Strong communicator and motivator with excellent problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy with POS and inventory systems; Microsoft Office proficiency required

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a combination of office, retail, warehouse, and jobsite environments
