Sr. DevSecOps Engineer

Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities

Familiarity with Linux Fundamentals and basic scripting

Basic understanding of type 1 encryption and/or IPSEC tunnel

Familiarity with the application and benchmarking of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs), as well as at least one compliance framework (RMF, PCI-DSS, CMMC, DFARS, etc)

Qualifications

Experience with Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC)

Existing Security Clearance

Designing, deploying, and maintaining large engineering COTS applications (ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, CAD/PLM tools) in secure, air gapped environments. Specifically with regard to hardening deployments (DISA STIGs and SRGs)

Experience with at least one or more languages: Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Python, .NET, JavaScript

Hands-on experience with ICD 503/JSIG and DAAPAM

Experience implementing new and complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an Enterprise level

Experience with IS auditing and investigations

Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements

Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools

Experience with developing, reviewing and maintaining RMF artifacts

Education

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
