Job Title: Mold Room Foreman

Location: Bakewell, TN 37304

Job Type: Full-Time On-Site

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mold Room Foreman to lead daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring departmental safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. The Foreman will coordinate with team members and management to meet production goals, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and develop a team in a positive, goal-oriented environment.

Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently and fairly.

Oversee safe operation and maintenance of blow and stretch mold machines.

Address personnel issues and resolve them proactively.

Set performance goals and align team objectives with company direction.

Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues.

Maintain proper function of auxiliary components (chillers, feeders, etc.).

Monitor inventory of raw materials and replacement parts.

Communicate inventory needs to sustain departmental output.

Foster a continuous improvement culture and maintain team morale.

Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by plant leadership.

Qualifications:

2+ years in a supervisory role or experience in blow molding manufacturing.

Proficient with hand tools and measuring tools (calipers, scales, tape measures, etc.).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, reaching, kneeling, and climbing.

Willing to work overtime as needed.

Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate to Bakewell, TN.

Driver's License preferred.
