We are a growing manufacturing company focused on building a sustainable global supply chain with multiple facilities across the U.S. As we expand internationally, we’re seeking a talented HR leader to join our team.

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development. You’ll collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and senior leadership to build and sustain a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruiting for plant and corporate roles.

Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment.

HR Policies & Compliance: Implement policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

Workforce Development: Develop onboarding, training, and performance management programs.

HR Initiatives: Lead HR projects and support business growth, culture, and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

7+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Some travel required.
