Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to generate leads
Qualify inbound leads and move them into the sales funnel
Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage pipeline data
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked, leads generated, and other key metrics
Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitorsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or business
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferred Skills
Experience with B2B SaaS sales
Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC
Comfort using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Full-time
