Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Manager for a high-end home soft goods brand in NYC. This role will drive sales, profitability, and customer experience across stores and showrooms, while overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute retail strategies to maximize sales and market share.

Lead customer experience initiatives and manage store layout and merchandising.

Analyze sales data and adjust strategies based on trends.

Oversee inventory management and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

Must have experience in retail management for home textiles (bedding, bath, kitchen, window treatments etc)

Strong background in sales, customer experience, and merchandising.

Data-driven decision-making and excellent organizational skills.
