Time and Attendance: Understanding how to track employee time worked, including clock-in/out, breaks, and overtime, and configuring pay rules and work rules for accurate payroll calculations.
Scheduling: Proficiency in creating and managing employee schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Leave Management: Understanding how to handle leave requests, accruals, and balances, and configuring leave policies.
Technical Skills: Workforce Integration Manager (WIM): Creating interfaces between Kronos and other HR and payroll systems, including understanding data formats and mapping.
Workforce Device Manager: Configuring and managing time clocks, kiosks, and other devices used for time and attendance.
Record Manager: Managing and maintaining employee records within Kronos.
SQL: Fluency in SQL for querying data, developing custom reports, and integrating reports with Kronos.
Workforce Timekeeper: Understanding how to configure pay policies and work rules within Workforce Timekeeper, including Navigator configuration.
Security and Access: Understanding security roles, permissions, and password policies within WFC.
Workforce Central: Adjusting time zones, handling daylight savings, and understanding security alerts within WFC.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving incidents, problems, and change requests within Kronos.
Documentation: Developing documentation for systems and processes.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users on using Kronos.
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum #LI-SV2
