What You'll Do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Maneva, you'll be at the forefront of our growth-leading consultative, value-based sales conversations with manufacturing decision-makers. You'll own the full sales cycle and help some of North America's most recognizable manufacturers realize the value of our platform.
Please note: This role requires travel +25% to visit prospect and client sites, while being able to manage your work remotely from home. If you are not able to commit to this please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles-from discovery to close
Navigate complex buying groups involving plant managers, VP Ops, COOs, and CFOs
Lead high-impact conversations around ROI, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation
Deliver compelling demos and proposals tailored to technical and executive audiences
Partner with pre-sales, deployment strategists, and leadership to align on solution design and implementation
Collaborate with marketing and outbound SDRs to develop targeted ABM campaigns
Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Represent Maneva at industry events, trade shows, and executive briefings
Help shape the go-to-market strategy through on-the-ground insights
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales, ideally in industrial tech, AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS
Proven ability to sell to executive decision-makers (COO, VP Ops, CTO, CFO, etc.)
Experience with longer sales cycles (6 months+), often involving technical evaluations, pilots, or proof-of-concept phases
Strong understanding of how to build a business case and communicate ROI
Experience with solution selling or consultative methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
Comfort navigating ambiguity in early-stage or startup environments
Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with manufacturing processes or plant operations is a strong plus
Willingness to travel for key meetings, plant visits, and industry events
