Senior Test Technician

Job Description

Synerfac is seeking a Senior Test Technician for our client in Chantilly, VA. The Senior Test Technician will perform a electrical inspections as well as testing power distribution equipment. Testing will include low, medium, and high voltage power distribution systems. Candidates should possess:

- A strong understanding of NETA Acceptance and Maintenance Specifications

- The knowledge required to read and understand electrical schematics with ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems

- High school or technical school graduate and/or engineering degree

- Certified as a NETA Test Technician, or equivalent Utility, Manufacturer and AVO Training

- Must have a minimum of five years experience testing and evaluating electrical power systems

- Valid Driver's License with an insurable good driving record
