JOB FUNCTION
Direct and coordinate activities on business and departments related to revenue, production delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall site operations, including NPI launch & transfer, delivery metrics, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, etc.
Continuous organization development (people, system, facility, etc.) to meet customer demand or business growth
Bridge communication and facilitate project launch among all customers
Work with customers to strategize & implement high level initiatives & focuses
Business exploration and advanced technologies development, inclusive automation initiatives.
Responsible of factory P/L. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract manufacturing.
Extensive experience on SMT/ PCMA/SI products is desirable.

Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
