Position Overview

The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure the timely completion of heavy civil construction projects, including roads and bridges. This role requires effective coordination with project teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate scheduling information and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.

Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather necessary scheduling information.

Monitor progress and performance of projects, updating schedules as needed.

Identify potential scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.

Prepare and present regular schedule updates to stakeholders and management.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Scheduler in heavy civil construction projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.

Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies, particularly in roads, bridges, and heavy highway projects.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
