Job Title: Client Partner in NJ - Fulltime (Onsite)

Primary Skills: manage strategic client accounts, business development, consulting, & project oversight, account growth project delivery, stakeholder mgmt., lead cross functional teams.

Location: NJ state (Candidates local to NJ highly preferred.)

Duration: Fulltime hire ONLY, must be able to be hired directly.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Interview: Web Cam and may require in-person interview.

Work Arrangement: Onsite at client sites in NJ.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our team. As a key client-facing leader, the Client Partner will manage strategic accounts, drive digital transformation engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends business development, consulting, and project oversight to ensure client success and account growth.

Required Skills

- Overall IT experience: Required. 8 + yrs.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. Required.

MBA is a plus.

- Certification:

- Experience in client management, consulting. Required. 8 + yrs.

- Proven track record in account growth, project delivery, and executive stakeholder management. Required.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and industry trends. Required.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Required.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
