Operations Administrator
Aqua-Metric is a utility metering solution provider and distributor. We serve public and privately owned utility providers primarily in California, Texas, Louisiana, and Nevada. The position will be filled in our Selma, TX office.
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team to assist with customer service, order entry & fulfillment, shipping & receiving logistics planning, and product tracking. You will be working closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, internal staff and third parties alike to help maintain inbound and outbound product management along with some accounts receivable and other administrative tasks.
Below are some key responsibilities and qualifications interested candidates should consider when applying; however, actual responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of Aqua-Metric.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer service and maintenance.
· Order entry and maintenance.
· Annual service contract management.
· Shipping and receiving / order fulfillment.
· Supply chain and project logistics planning for both stock orders and projects.
· Assist and participate in project tracking/accounting.
· Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Participate in project meetings and identify the project team of potential challenges or inaccuracies.
· Monitor project timelines and deliverables, reporting on progress.
· Identify and address project risks and issues with the project team.
· Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus.
· Experience in business operations and administration.
· Experience in purchasing, logistics, and product fulfillment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
· Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
· Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
· Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
