If so, Nsight Health is looking for YOU to join our team as a Customer Success Liaison and promote Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services. This is an in-office, patient facing role, requiring an on-site presence with Nsight partnered physicians and clinical teams.
Your Role:
As a key contributor to Nsight’s mission of helping patients live healthier, longer lives, you’ll serve as the in-person connection between our remote care team, the patients, and the clinics we partner with. Your presence on-site brings our programs to life- building trust, driving engagement, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact within an Nsight-partnered clinic, supporting staff and providers while driving patient engagement and enrollment into RPM and CCM services.
Drive Success: Deliver high-value patient support through in-office support, real-time troubleshooting, while staying accountable to enrollment goals and tracking key metrics.
Educate & Engage: Confidently guide patients through Nsight services in-person, communicating benefits, addressing questions and encouraginginformed participation.
Champion Change: Implement team-based, patient-centered processes that improve chronic disease management.
Optimize Outcomes: Collaborate with care teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and care plan adherence.What We’re Looking For:
5-10 years in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in healthcare.
A track record of driving patient enrollments and success in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to educate and inspire.
Experience with HubSpot, EHR/EMR systems, and customer service tools are a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
