Work Schedule:
This position’s work schedule has two available rotating work schedules (A Shift and C Shift). These work schedules alternate every other week with the scheduled days and times below:
A Shift First Week:
Monday: 6:00am-12:15pm
Tuesday: 6:00am-12:15pm
Wednesday: 6:00am-12:15pm
Thursday: 6:00am-6:15pm
Friday: 6:00am-6:15pm
A Shift Alternate Week:
Monday: 6:00am-12:15pm
Tuesday: 6:00am-12:15pm
Wednesday: 6:00am-12:15pm
Saturday: 6:00am-6:15pm
Sunday: 6:00am-6:15pm
C Shift First Week:
Monday: 6:00pm-12:15am
Tuesday: 6:00pm-12:15am
Wednesday: 6:00pm-12:15am
Thursday: 6:00pm-6:15am
Friday: 6:00pm-6:15am
C Shift Alternate Week:
Monday: 6:00pm-12:15am
Tuesday: 6:00pm-12:1am
Wednesday: 6:00pm-12:15am
Saturday: 6:00pm-6:15am
Sunday: 6:00pm-6:15am
Qualifications:
3-5 years of supervisory experience in an injection molding plant environment.
Strong numerical accuracy and familiarity with procedures and forms.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative
solutions.
Thorough understanding of injection molding, from raw material to finished goods.
Ability to communicate mechanical principles effectively to employees and customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with IQMS is a
plus.
Exceptional supervisory skills with experience in active listening, monitoring, motivating, and coaching employees.
History of providing effective performance feedback and addressing employee needs and disciplinary actions.
Willingness and ability to work seven days per week if needed to meet customer demands.
