Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, offering excellent customer service

Answer phone in an upbeat tone, ability to transfer and take messages

Assist Customers in their purchases, from product selection to calculating orders

Process Customer orders in Quickbooks accurately and efficiently

Check availability of stock by communicating with Yard Team Members

Updating Customers on their orders via phone or email

Duties regarding Store Opening, Store Closing, and Cash Drawer procedures

Stock inventory of products stocked in Sales Office

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in Inside sales or similar role *preferably in the landscape supply field

Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments

Ability to do basic math; calculate square footage, area of circle, etc.

Good communication skills

Ability to build effective relationships with all customers

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays 8:00 AM -2:00 PMCompany Description
