Retail Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team as we grow! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. The retail supervisor will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, while maintaining the superior store standards our customers have become accustomed to.

Requirements:

· Experience: Previous experience in retail supervisory role.

· Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities.

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

· Must be available and willing to work various days/times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Note: Candidate must pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug/alcohol screen. Preference will be given to qualified Native Americans under the San Pasqual Tribal Employment Rights Office Ordinance (T.E.R.O.).
