Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s well-known client located in Escondido, CA.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break)

Top Skills You Should Possess:
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification and state licensure
Minimum 2 years of experience post-BCBA certification
Experience supporting individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses
Competency in writing support plans and strong verbal communication skills
Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)
Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Observe individuals in various settings to inform assessments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers
Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and licensing standards
