Job Description

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Event Sales Specialist to generate qualified leads for window and door replacement at home shows and events. This role involves engaging with potential customers, managing event booths, and scheduling in-home appointments.

What You’ll Do:

Represent our company at home shows, events, and community gatherings to generate qualified sales leads.

Engage with potential customers in a warm and friendly manner to set up in-home consultations.

Input customer details and schedule appointments using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Follow up with leads via phone to confirm and schedule consultations.

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality with a passion for engaging with customers.

Ability to work weekends

Ability to travel as needed.

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.

Computer proficiency

Ability to lift materials as needed.

Requirements:

Criminal background check

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Must have a valid driver’s license

Drug screening (including THC)
