Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an onsite, high-energy, and fast-paced role requiring a motivated professional that is goal orientated, competitive, hard working, and wants to learn with uncapped earning potential. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition. This role blends recruitment, sales, and HR support responsibilities, with a strong focus on metrics-driven production. You will work closely with Account Directors and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and help build a strong workforce.

Duties

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.

Utilize various platforms, including Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed to manage recruitment activities efficiently.

Support executive recruiting efforts as needed by identifying high-level talent for key positions.

Participate in training development initiatives to improve recruitment practices within the organization.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and team members.

Familiarity with Recruiting principles and practices is preferred but not required.

Experience with ATS / CRM systems is a plus; knowledge of Bullhorn is advantageous.

Excellent relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with candidates and stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Slide Decks.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Ability to balance dynamic workload.

Recruiting & Screening:

Use Bullhorn and other AI-driven tools to source, track, and manage talent pipelines.

Conduct video and onsite interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.

Proactively market talent to the internal sales team for job placement opportunities.

Candidate & Consultant Management:

Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback.

Support HR onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Maintain relationships with consultants during assignments, addressing any concerns and ensuring retention.

Facilitate redeployment of consultants at the end of projects.

Metrics-Driven Recruitment:

Meet weekly and monthly quotas for sourcing, interviews, placements, and redeployment.

Drive results in a competitive environment, leveraging creativity and urgency in sourcing methods.

Compensation:

This is a sales-oriented role with a competitive base salary, commission, and bonus structure tied to performance and production metrics.

Work Environment:

Location: Onsite in Eagan, MN.

Schedule: 40-55 hours per week, requiring flexibility and dedication to meet deadlines and goals.
