Schedule:

- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

- Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

- 40 hours/week, full-time

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, inspecting parts, organizing inventory, and preparing outgoing freight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect inbound shipments

- Verify packing slips and enter receipts into ERP system

- Organize and stage parts for production and inventory

- Coordinate outbound shipments and prepare necessary paperwork

- Assist with general warehouse support as needed

Requirements:

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (experience with SYSPRO is a plus)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate safely in a warehouse environment

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

- Forklift certification is a plus (training provided)
