Multiple Territories available, candidates residing within the specified area will be responsible for coverage within a one-hour radius of their assigned territory.
1. Raleigh covers: Garner, Cary, Apex, Clayton, Holly Spring, Wake Forest, Durham, Smithfield, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Dunn, Sanford, Henderson, Wilson, Rocky Mount, and surrounding cities
2. Hickory covers: Newton, Lenoir, Lincolnton, Ashville, Monroe, Morganton, Statesville, Mooresville, Cornelius, Shelby, Gastonia, Kings Mountain, Mount Holly, Huntersville, Boone, and surrounding cities
3. Charlotte covers: Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, Matthews, Huntersville, Davidson, Belmont, Mooresville, Albemarle, Pineville and surrounding cities.
4. Fayetteville, and surrounding cities
5. Triad covers: High Point, Archdale, Thomasville, Kernersville, Greensboro, Lexington, Winston-Salem, Asheboro, Clemmons, Lewisville, Burlington, Reidsville, Graham, Eden, and surrounding cities

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the given territory.
Generate new sales, up selling, and achieve growth targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular sales visits to customers within the territory, presenting products and services effectively.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and key metrics.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Sales certification (Preferred)
Proven at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale, retail, convenience stores, gas stations, or tobacco industry.
21 years of age or older, at least hold a high school diploma or GED
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to drive own vehicle within the assigned territory.
Able to go through a Clean Background check
Compensation package:
Competitive Salary plus Commission
401k after 6 months
