Job Title: Business Data Analyst (Contract)

Project: Risk Adjustment & Revenue Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst with at least 8 years of experience to support a critical project focused on risk adjustment and revenue management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business data analysis, data warehousing, and data lake environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, non-technical business requirements

Analyze data layouts and map data between systems

Work with various tables and datasets from data warehouses and data lakes

Utilize Blueprint or similar tools for documentation

Understand and support data movement and transformation processes

Follow direction and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst

Strong experience with data mapping, data warehouses, and data lakes

Familiarity with Blueprint or similar requirement-gathering tools

Excellent understanding of business-side requirements gathering

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly—project deadline is July 2025

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with healthcare is a plus.

Knowledge of the insurance industry's regulatory environment and business processes is a plus.

Soft Skills: While technical expertise is required, the ability to work well in a dynamic and evolving work environment is crucial. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.Company Description
