Job Title: Technical Professional - HR Integration Lead
Job Description: Role Overview:
Supports with the cutover integration planning and execution related to the Workday project implementation activities. Analyzes current state integrations, planned future state integrations and helps to identify any gaps or potential risks. Executes assigned tasks related to planning, vendor communication and partnership with IS.
Mission Statement: Successfully lead all cutover planning and execute tasks related to the integrations workstream for the HRTP launch of Workday.
Understand data flows and system usage between internal systems and Workday, driving alignment with other system owners
Partners with stakeholders (payroll, compensation, benefits, information systems) to resolve break fixes and implement project related updates
Oversees large data loads and reviews HR related data for projects to ensure accurate data transfer and smooth integration with downstream applications
Supports and optimizes the design, development and performance of key HR business data systems and processes
Experience with cutover planning, project planning, change management and project communications
Champions and communicates system changes and benefits
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Your background
A Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience in Workday Payroll and HCM core areas
Advanced level of understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields
Understanding of payroll processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Stock, Compensation and Payroll
Experience working with functional HR teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that improve efficiencies and performance
Proven background in problem solving and partnership in a global environment
Passion for working with people and systems, and a strong interest in helping customers succeed
Ability to maintain personal and confidential information
Self-starter and ability to work independently but also collaborate across teams. A team player mentality is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to summarize the work done in an articulate fashion via email or case notes
