Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will help us grow our customer base in any area of Chicago, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers, both in-person and over the phone
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Daily and weekly communication with accounts
Schedule inspections for accounts
Manage online accounts; place prices, counter offers, sell inventory
Attend monthly sales meetings over Zoom
Drive to recruit new accounts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and customer service is a must
Previous experience in the auto industry is a huge plus!
Familiarity with data entry, online portals, email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
People person, both in person and over the phone/text.Company Description
