Fire Alarm Customer Service Support - Monitoring Coordinator

Job Description

Building Electronic Controls (BEC) is seeking a dedicated, proactive and customer oriented Monitoring Coordinator to join our service department at our Glendora office. This role is designed to be an entry point into our company, providing a comprehensive introduction to BEC, our service management system, customers, and company culture. As a Monitoring Coordinator, you will lay the foundation for a rewarding career in our growing service department.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily review and analysis of monitoring reports to identify necessary actions.

Coordinate with customers appearing on the monitoring report to address various action items.

Assist the service department in booking new work orders resulting from the monitoring report.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.

Collaborate with other service team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in service dispatching or a related field.

Tech-savvy with a strong ability to use and learn various software and technological tools.

Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Desire for growth and longevity within the company.
