We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our Austin-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. You will serve as a vital link between our clients and property support teams, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and promptly.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or gather information

Provide accurate information about property services and processes

Resolve client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system

Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable working with computers and call center software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
