You will serve as a vital link between our clients and property support teams, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and promptly.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or gather information
Provide accurate information about property services and processes
Resolve client concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
