Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Onboarding Engineer to support client transitions and implement technical solutions across our Managed Services Provider (MSP) client base. This role collaborates with Project Management and Help Desk teams to ensure seamless onboarding while maintaining operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Execute client onboarding projects in coordination with Project Managers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to best practices.
Deploy and configure monitoring agents, security tools, and management systems across client networks.
Document network configurations, systems, and operational processes for ongoing reference.
Perform software installations, configurations, and initial system setups across client environments.
Maintain and update client-specific documentation for efficiency and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the Help Desk to assist with technical support tickets as needed.
Participate in project planning meetings and provide status updates.
Ensure all deployments align with security standards and company protocols.
Required Qualifications
Strong technology aptitude—hands-on experience with IT concepts is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools is beneficial.
Understanding of fundamental networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications).
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Work Environment
