Job Summary:

TMC Security LLC is currently hiring Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team in Las Vegas. We are seeking dependable professionals who are alert, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This position involves patrolling designated properties, responding to incidents, and helping ensure a safe environment for clients, residents, and visitors.

Shift Schedule:

Shifts are either 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM, five days per week. Specific days and available shift (first or second half) will be discussed during the interview.

We also offer armed security officer positions for qualified applicants with a valid Nevada Armed Guard Card and relevant experience. If you’re open to additional responsibilities or career growth in that direction, we’d be happy to explore it with you during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine foot or vehicle patrols on-site

• Monitor for suspicious activity and respond to alarms or disturbances

• Enforce site-specific rules and client instructions

• Complete incident and shift reports accurately and on time

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times

• Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel if needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid Nevada PILB Guard Card (Unarmed)

• Driver's License

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

• Prior security or military experience is a plus but not requiredCompany Description
