RIDE LLC. is currently seeking applicants for part-time and full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions, who have friendly personalities and the patience needed to accommodate developmentally disabled individuals. This is a great opportunity to join RIDE, where we are 100% committed to our clients and our caretakers, and where we can provide growth and plenty of hours for the right applicants.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

DELAWARE (A):

Monday: 7am-9am & 3pm-10p

Tuesday: 7am-9am & 3pm-10p or 2pm-6:30p

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Off

Friday: 7am-9am & 3pm-10p or 2pm-6:30p

Every other Weekend: Sundays 5pm-10pm

SUMMER SCHEDULE:

Monday: 7:30am-8pm

Tuesday: 7:30am-6:30pm

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 8am-8pm

Friday: 7:30am-8pm

Sunday: Every other Weekend: Sundays 5pm-10pm

DELAWARE (B):

Wednesday: 9am-9pm or 9pm-9am

Thursday: 9am-9pm or 9pm-9am

WESTERVILLE (C):

Thursday: 9p-9a

Sunday: 9am - 9am Monday (Overnight)

POWELL (D):

Monday-Sunday: 7am-9p

Requirements:

First aid and CPR certified applicants are preferred.

Medication Administration Certification is preferred.

RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS.

Must be able to work in a client home that may have pets (dogs and/or cats).

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

A great outlook and cheerful disposition are a must as well.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to enroll in Ohio attorney general’s retained applicant fingerprint database after the hiring process is complete (“RapBack”).

Must at least hold a high school diploma or GED certificate.

Be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.Company Description
