inTune Chiropractic Clinic Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Part-Time Front Desk Assistant to join our growing practice and help us serve the great people of our community!

We strive for this to be more than a “job” but rather someone to add to our inTune Family! Prior experience not required, but previous exposure to Chiropractic care is a plus! We will welcome and train the right person for this opportunity!

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• Answering and Making Phone Calls

• Customer Service

• Greet and Check-In/Out Patients

• Maintaining a Professional Workspace

• Collection and Detailed Record Keeping of Payments

• Appointment Scheduling

• Supply Stocking

Recommended Skills

• Previous Customer Service Experience

• Basic Medical Knowledge

• Phone etiquette

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Basic Sports Knowledge or Exposure

Schedule: • 15 – 25 hours / week

It is an office filled with many great patients who become like a family to the Doctors and the staff. The two owners of the office are also the two Doctors of Chiropractic and will personally help with training, growth, and helping anyone prosper in this position. The office is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone to help grow with it. We are a team here at inTune Chiropractic and work together to make the experience of every person who walks through the door the best experience they have ever had at a Doctors office!
