Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Naval Architect with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead critical design projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the creation of safe, efficient, and innovative marine vessels and structures. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ship design principles, structural analysis, stability assessment, and marine engineering best practices.
For talented and motivated individuals, there may also be the possibility of a Junior Naval Architect position within our team. We encourage individuals with a strong foundation in naval architecture principles to inquire.
Responsibilities:
Lead marine vessel/platform design and analysis.
Oversee structural, hydrodynamic, stability analyses.
Develop ship designs (hull, structure, propulsion).
Prepare technical reports/presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Naval Architecture or related.
5+ years naval architecture/marine engineering experience.
Strong in ship design, stability, structural engineering.
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino).
Knowledge of marine regulations/classification rules.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel.Company Description
