Duties/Responsibilities
Manages and optimizes reporting tools while ensuring data integrity across systems.
Designs and develops recurring reports, dashboards, and sales KPIs to support key business decisions.
Collaborates on sales planning activities during quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory alignment, compensation analysis, and quota setting.
Supports sales leadership with accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Conducts ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Prepares and distributes monthly commission reports for both management and the sales team.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics BC365, Power BI, Cube).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, with respect for confidentiality and data accuracy.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
