Sign Sales Representative (Commission Only – 15%)
Location: Signarama Buffalo Grove
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis (15%). This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong B2B sales skills and an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive on performance-based income. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and selling custom signage solutions to local businesses and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach: Actively identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and referrals.
Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and recommend tailored signage solutions, including indoor/outdoor signs, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and more.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, proposals, and client communications using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and project movement.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and follow-through.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate quoting and smooth project execution.
Market Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends, local competitors, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
Compensation:
Commission-Only Structure: 15% of Total Sales
Potential to earn $40,000 – $100,000+ annually based on performance
No base salary
Qualifications:
Previous B2B sales experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
