Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves relationship-building, and wants the flexibility to choose between a W-2 base + commission model or a 1099 commission-only arrangement.

Compensation Options

Option 1 – W-2 Employee (Base + Commission)

Base salary: $40,000–$55,000 based on experience

Commission: 5%–8% on gross sales

Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance, year-end performance bonus

Option 2 – 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only)

15% commission on new business

Flexible hours and independent schedule

No cap on earnings

No base salary or benefits

What You’ll Do

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital outreach

Identify decision-makers and pitch our sign solutions tailored to their needs

Hand off qualified leads to our in-house team for quoting, production, and fulfillment

Maintain CRM entries for all leads and activities

Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals

Build lasting relationships and represent our brand professionally

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in sales (signage, printing, marketing, or B2B preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-starter mindset with high energy and discipline

Familiarity with signs, graphics, or promotional products a plus

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
