Job Description

Hardhat Workforce Solutions is currently seeking RIGGERS for projects in New Albany, Ohio- locals only at this time, there is no Per diem.

***MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A RIGGER***

Pay is based on experience and ranges from $26-30/ hour

Responsibilities- Not limited to the following:

Operate cranes and heavy equipment to lift and move materials on construction sites.

Perform rigging tasks, ensuring loads are secured and balanced for safe transport.

Handle materials efficiently, including shipping and receiving duties.

Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment operations and site activities.

Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe working condition.

Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications- at minimum:

Proficient in rigging and materials handling

Experience operating cranes and heavy equipment

Mechanical knowledge and commercial driving skills preferred

Familiarity with construction site operations

Competent in backhoe and excavator operation

Experience with forklifts, boom trucks, and warehouse tasks

Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
