Job Description
We are seeking an individual with good accounting skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to accurately and timely provide accounting support to CPO operations. The successful candidate will possess speed, accuracy, and good customer service skills and will be able to work successfully with limited direct supervision, manage priorities and be a team player.

The Accounts Payable Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing accounts payable, including receiving, reviewing, coding and entering invoices
Processing rent checks, including entering checks into tenant ledgers and making bank deposits
Processing utility invoices
Mailing, sorting and filing checks
Assisting with special or recurring projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word
2-3 years' experience in Accounting or a related field
Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately
Customer service that supports CPO vision, mission and core values
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in Yardi software
