Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assembler to join this industry-leading team. This role is crucial in assembling electronic components according to specifications while meeting performance, quality, and production standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble or rework x-ray source components and high-voltage generators based on bills of material, verbal guidance, or written instructions.
Modify subassemblies by interpreting schematics and assembly drawings.
Support production and quality assurance teams as needed with various tasks.
Prepare completed units for packaging and shipment.
Maintain a safe working environment; this is a safety-sensitive position.
Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
General understanding of electronic assembly procedures and best practices.
Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols.
Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics.
Proficiency in soldering and working with circuit boards.
Familiarity with standard assembly tools and equipment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of consistent, full-time experience in a technical, manufacturing, or R&D environment.
Knowledge of state and federal safety standards and compliance procedures.
Hands-on experience soldering through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components.
Ability to test and troubleshoot AC/DC circuits using a multimeter.
