Contact Center Trainer (ONSITE)

Job Description

Contract Center Trainer (ONSITE) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Tampa, FL.

Pay Rate: $32-41/hr

ONSITEWhat You’ll Be Doing:

Front line operational managers or coaches that have had experience coaching in a contact center environment. They know how to tie behaviors to metrics and business outcomes. They know they must follow up and recognize or redirect to make coaching work. They have to be purposeful in their language. They can describe the coaching processes and tactics they leverage.

The team will teach the contractors the program concepts, equip them with material, align them on our coaching processes, and direct them on who to work with and how to record observations and feedback.

They will coach operational leaders on concepts learned in our management process known as perform and sustain. They will watch managers coach, lead huddles, review performance, etc., and coach them on the behaviors they are demonstrating.Required:

3+ years of organizational coaching in a contact/call center environment

Operational Performance Coaching

Understanding of business metrics

Verbal communication including the ability to describe behaviors that lead to business outcomes
