Maintenance Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join out senior living team.

This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment.

They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment.

The schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks Full time, day shift Flexible Schedule Weekend rotation On call & tenant to resident in responsibilities Responsibilities: Basic maintenance and safety awareness Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.

Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.
