Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. As the HR Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee timesheets, leave balances, and compensation changes
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees
Maintain HR systems and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal events
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation changes and updates
Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
1–3 years of experience in an HR support or admin role
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP WFN)
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
