Lead Fence Installer

Are you an experienced (min. 1-2 years experience) fence installer who enjoys leading a crew? Do you want better hours, pay, benefits, and stable employment? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within a growing company? We are looking to hire for start in February 2025.

Superior Fence & Rail of Omaha is an industry leader seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Lead Fence installer to start in the February. Typical work week is 4 10-hour days, primarily between Monday-Thursday, pending weather. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. Pay starts from $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Minimum requirements:

Must have 1+ years of prior fencing experience

Experience leading a crew of 2+ people

Attention to detail

Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

Organization/Time-Management skills

Must possess Valid DL

Must have a clean driving record

Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)

Reliable transportation

Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in all types of weather
