JOB SUMMARY
Our General Managers are tasked with leading. This will entail maintaining consistent goals surrounding hospitality and the customer experience, maintaining operations excellence and leading our sales and profit growth. The General Manager will partner with direct reports (Assistant General Manager, Assistants, Shift Leaders, and Crew) and other various support services to develop a strong internal bench of future store managers. With guidance, coaching, and support from the General Manager, Managers will fulfill the mission and promise of the brand in the restaurant.
District Manager Compensation:
Competitive base salary up to 80 base.

District Manager Requirements:
A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work prolonged periods on your feet
This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.
This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.Company Description
