Job Description

Position Title: SERVER

Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing guests with a pleasant dining experience by offering timely, friendly, and efficient service. This includes taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly.

Present menus, explain specials, and make menu recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Process guest payments and provide change or receipts as necessary.

Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a server preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position: BARTENDER

Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for crafting beverages for guests and servers, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable and safe experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Engage with guests, take drink orders, and make recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age.

Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system.

Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, specials, and promotions.

Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred.

Knowledge of drink preparation and mixology.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
