Content Uploader

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Content Uploader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading and formatting blog posts, images, videos, and other digital content across our websites and content management systems (CMS). This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent and high-quality online presence for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and format blog posts, articles, images, videos, and other multimedia content to websites using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).

Ensure proper placement, alignment, and optimization of images and videos for responsive viewing.

Maintain content schedules and coordinate uploads to meet publishing deadlines.

Perform basic SEO tasks including setting metadata, tags, alt text, and URLs.

Troubleshoot formatting and display issues across various browsers and devices.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand standards.

Update and manage content libraries, file naming, and organization systems.

Monitor published content for errors or issues and make timely corrections.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and image/video optimization is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO best practices for content uploads.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Experience with project management or content scheduling tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Asana, Google Calendar).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital publishing or content coordination.

Knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).

Basic understanding of web accessibility standards.
