POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, the Business Analyst will work with the customer to refine project requirements and ensure our team fullyunderstands each PWS performance requirement. They help translate customer's operational needsand Section C tasks into actionable user stories and technical specifications. As a Scrum Master, they coordinate the Agile sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and remove impediments for the technical team. This role supports the task for capturing detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for the deployment at eachsite (Documentation) by organizing all project documentation (e.g. designartifacts, user guides, and compliance documents). The BA/Scrum Master ensures continuouscollaboration between stakeholders and the development team, maintaining a well-groomed backlog aligned with PWS tasks.
